Concepted and wrote a series of AR gaming experiences, experiential activations, and OOH campaigns for Sky Retail, designed to draw customers in and bring Sky’s products to life in unexpected ways.

With Sky’s retail spaces designed for browsing rather than transactions, the challenge was stopping customers who would otherwise pass straight through. The solution was to turn the stores into playable experiences.

Working with product teams across Sky Sports, Cinema, Mobile, and Broadband, developed storyboards, gamified experiences, and supported nationwide launches.

The result

The campaigns turned passers-by into players, driving footfall, product engagement, and buzz around Sky’s latest launches.

Supporting each AR experience and campaign was a series of targeted activations, including in-store POS, social ads, internal comms, and events. Designed to guide, intrigue, and immerse audiences before they even reached the store.

Gigafast broadband footprints: QR codes embedded in OOH guided shoppers directly to the Gigafast Speedslide game

Football game cards: custom collectible cards used to build excitement and reward participation

Panna tournament roadshow: full game arenas and tournaments set up across the UK in the lead up to the football season
